Ottawa , Ontario — May 10, 2006 — The National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre (NCECC) will be hosting its third annual workshop in Fredericton, New Brunswick from May 16-18, 2006. The workshop is designed for law enforcement officers who work in the field of investigating Internet facilitated sexual exploitation of children. A total of 95 participants representing 34 police forces from across the country will be in attendance. Representatives from the Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) unit and the Virtual Global Taskforce (VGT) in the U.K. , and the German Federal Criminal Police will also be presenting during the workshop.
